¿What is Reset Session?

Reset Session is a wellness app that guides mindful breathing exercises with visuals, text, gentle sounds, and optional vibration. Its purpose is to provide a simple, configurable moment to pause, breathe, and bring your attention back to the present.

A practice tailored to you

Choose patterns made up of Inhale, Hold, Exhale, and Rest phases; adjust the pulse pace and select the practice duration. Each cue can be enabled independently, so you can practice by watching the screen, listening to guidance, or feeling transitions.

Free version and Reset Session Plus

The free version includes ready-made patterns and lets you save one custom pattern. Reset Session Plus will be a one-time purchase that removes ads, allows more saved patterns, and unlocks multi-section routines with independent pace, duration, and cues.

Reset Session is designed as a personal wellness tool, not as a musical metronome, clinical treatment, or substitute for professional care.

Privacy policy

Reset Session is an independent wellness app. It does not require an account or request your name, email address, precise location, contacts, or health information.

Information stored on your device

Custom patterns, preferences, and session settings are stored locally on your device. Reset Session does not send this information to its own server. Android may remove this data when you uninstall the app, subject to its backup rules.

Google advertising

The free version uses Google Mobile Ads. This service may collect and share your IP address—to estimate general location—app interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ads are only placed outside the breathing practice.

Retention, security, and your rights

Reset Session does not maintain its own user database. Data processed by Google is retained under Google’s policies. To exercise access, correction, deletion, or objection rights regarding information directly controlled by Reset Session, use the support email published on Reset Session’s official Google Play listing.

• Payments, purchase restoration, and refunds are managed through Google Play and are subject to its terms.
• No specific medical, therapeutic, or performance outcome is guaranteed.
• The service and its features may change to improve safety, compatibility, or legal compliance.

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it while driving, operating machinery, in the water, or during any activity that requires continuous attention.

Consult a healthcare professional before practicing breath holds or demanding rhythms if you are pregnant, have a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, a history of fainting, epilepsy, or another condition that may be affected. Always breathe comfortably; never force or extend a breath hold.

If you have severe symptoms or difficulty breathing, seek immediate medical attention instead of using the app.
